Alla Bennett is a fully qualified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor with over 25 years of personal practice and 7 years of teaching experience. A member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, she brings depth, clarity, and care to every class.
Passionate about helping others experience the benefits of Tai Chi, she creates a welcoming space where students of all ages and abilities can build strength, find balance, and enjoy the journey.

Beginner class is designed for beginners with no prior experience and focuses on Tai Chi fundamentals.
Beginners : 6 pm – 7 pm
